People with serious illness don’t often tell their loved ones about their priorities if their health got worse. As a result priorities are not respected and loved ones feel stress when trying to make a decision that respects the person’s priorities.
Anyone can use MyCare. It will be most useful for people with serious illness that is affecting their daily life and for people who have serious illness that could get worse in the next year.
